Very easy website to navigate and place order. It was processed very quickly and I received e-mail updates regarding the shipping which I really appreciated. The product itself was of great quality and the stitching of the name was done very well. I have a few products (some as gifts and one bought myself) and have always been very pleased with the quality and uniqueness of everything.

My order got complicated, as I found out twice that the baby had received what I had already ordered, from another company. You name it baby refunded my order, as I let them know right away. The store is very committed to customer service and the items were well received by the family. Thank you for all your help.
