I wasn’t too fond of needles but I heard how many people Monika has helped so I decided to reach out to her. She recommended Auricular Therapy which is the use of either ear seeds or tacks in the ear along with some cupping. As soon as I arrived, I felt comfortable. Monika explained the treatment and how it works in more detail along with a treatment plan. I’ve gone 3 weeks in a row and have started to notice an improvement after the second treatment. My sciatica is gone, my energy has improved and I have more energy. The clinic is very peaceful. I recommend her to anyone who is suffering from pain.

I had the Qi Beauty Facial with Monika. I am a big an of Chinese medicine but have never thought about using it for beauty. As soon as I walked into the loft I felt like my blood pressure dropped; there's a sense of peace and calm when you walk through the doors. I opted for the Qi Beauty Facial as I've been struggling with redness for the last few years and conventional methods have not been working. The facial worked wonders! You can see from the photos what a difference it made. Not only was my skin less red but it the tone was more even and the skin was soft and smooth to the touch. I'll be coming back!

I’ve always struggled with redness and discolouration in my face. Growing up, I always used a lot of makeup to cover it up. I saw Monika for microneedling and my god did it change my life! From the second I walked in, there was this calming, tranquil ambiance. Her studio is extremely clean, and she is thorough with sanitation. She was so informative and explained every single step in detail. I was a little nervous but she made me feel so comfortable. It was hands down the best treatment I’ve had on my face. It targeted my fine lines, wrinkles, and most importantly for me, I now have such an even skin tone and overall super soft skin! I wear minimal makeup now and so confident in my own skin. I’m literally glowing. My skin looks so vibrant and I’ve only gone for two treatments. I was a little hesitant to get this done because of my pain tolerance but I’m SO happy I did! There were a few sensitive spots, but the numbing cream worked wonders! Monika explained the treatment so well, and it was such a relief. She made this entire experience so comfortable for me. She’s truly so incredible at what she does. She even pointed out a few other areas of concern and how to care for them with recommendations. I couldn’t be happier with my experience and so happy I did this. If I could, I would give 10 stars. It truly is an all around one stop shop for all your health needs!!

I had the Ayurvedic Indian head massage and it was amazing. I left there feeling very calm and light! Minima is extremely knowledgeable, we chatted about all sorts of things and she helped me understand the healing process. Walking into this clinic is like a vacation for the senses! I felt immediately at peace from the moment I arrived! I booked an acupuncture appointment with Monika. I have heard so many people talk about the power of acupuncture and the incredible difference it's made in their bodies and over-all health. She took her time chatting with me to diagnose my issues and discuss my customized treatment. She explained everything to me step by step and answered all my questions with so much patience and care.
