We enjoy to go out. Yesterday we found this superb place which friends told us about. We passed a delightful time there with great meal and an efficient stuff and a distinguished cook. We added this restaurant in our list and we will certainly come back soon. We highly recommend.

This was the Kyoto Box, I ordered through uber eats. The portions were great. Overall downfall was the taste, if I didn't have sauce/dips I wouldn't have been able to enjoy it. California rolls were adequate.

Ordered for pick up and made error had to drive back to restaurant to pick rest of my order. They said they would credit me for my next order I said no thank you I will be by to pick up the rest of my order. NOT ORDERING from here again awful taste of food. Wish Lan sushi was open on Monday and Tuesday.

I just went in to pick up online order and the server was beyond rude. She told me to go away and said she didn’t had my order despite repeating my phone number several times. I thought she didn’t hear it so i slid my mask down gently but immediately she started yelling to put it back on also when i tried to show her the email she didn’t look or come close to my phone. When i gave her the order # and order confirmation# she still said she didn’t had it. Luckily the old guy who was there was patient and actually listened to me and then apologized saying oh we had it. Let’s talk food in the pics you can see it looks ok but i had one bite outta my 18 pieces and threw rest 17 in trash. Don’t waste your time.

From the first moment you come to this place team give you an enjoyable feeling. Very hospitable hosts, it is a good restaurant to to go out with friends and colleagues or with your date. delightful food, qualified chef, honest price and generous service. Highly recommended.

Unbelievable. I had ordered 95 worth of food over the phone today. I had my brother go pick up, and he had asked for spicy mayo on the side because I forgot to order it over the phone. The waitress said “no”. No explanation offered....when my brother asked why, she responded with “just NO.” He asked “why??”AGAIN, to which she responded “because you didn’t mention it by phone!!”. When he offered to pay for it, she repeated “no!!” again!!!Unbelievable..... you spend almost 100, and she can’t even take the time to go put spicy mayo into a little container. Disgusting customer service, as per usual.

I don't know why I didn't listen to myself and choose another place. I tried to order online and when I submitted my order the site said my postal code was wrong. So I decided to call in my order. Once I finished ordering over the phone my bank app notified me that I was charged for the online order that wasn't confirmed. When I called back the women who answered the phone when I tried explaining the situation she several times cut me off told me she didn't charge me. I wasn't getting anywhere I asked to speak to someone else she put me on hold and came back and said their was no one else and hung up. I called back and she answered again and I had to yell to speak to someone else the another women came on and said that she knows of the problem and can't give a refund because I had no confirmation of my order. Long story short poor customer service and they know the issues on the site and haven't addressed it. I ended up going to Akita Sushi at Martingrove and hwy 7...way better service and less expensive.

We came to this place for dinner. my friend recommended this place. Well, it was a winning. the staff members were so friendly and we had a fantastic feeling. The food was just great. We had a great time and we shall definitely come back again. Highly recommended.
