I went shopping for a cargo van and was very fortunate to come across VC Flex. I saw the vehicle at dusk so could not see much and because of the Covid BS could not test drive it which immediately I had to put my trust in VC Flex. All negotiations were down over the phone, text and email and VC Flex very communicative and kept true to their word on delivery times. When I picked up the vehicle, all looked fine and then over the course of the next few days I noticed a few issues with the van. I alerted DIMITRY and he assured me that when I brought it in they would address it and repair. They repaired the issues respecting the warranty and since then everything is running great. This vehicle I am getting around 10L/100 km with which is 20% better that my Grand Caravan Cargo van. I can hold two full pallets up to 2500 pounds and I put on a heavy duty hitch which will pull up to 5,000 pounds. So after two months and putting over 20,000 kms on it so far all is fine. I change the oil at 8,000 km intervals and use 91 octane fuel. I would highly recommend this dealership!
