I participated in my first fitness challenge. The online classes and coaching were very structured and professional. The coaches are definitely passionate and supportive. I am extremely happy with my achievements of improved cardio, inch loss and confidence. I have been eating clean, and maintaining it after the challenge. Looking forward to round 2.

Was just involved in USPNY’s first weight loss challenge and was very impressed with the level of knowledge and professionalism. The staff and students that I interacted with were extremely helpful and encouraging in my personal development. Unfortunately with the covid lockdown I have not been able to join them in person classes but they have continued to offer classes virtually. This has allowed me to continue with my training advance my own goals.
EMA is a great school. Lawrence and Maria are excellent instructors and very approachable. The classes are well structured with a weekly email outlining that weeks topics. I've seen huge personal improvements in the five months I've been training with Lawrence and Maria. No hesitation recommending
Lawrence, Maria and Karyn are awesome instructors. They are all extremely thorough, patient, kind, but firm and consistent. We train to make contact and be realistic. Would recommend for teens aswell since they have an excellent class for youths.
Elite is incredible. This is by far the best structured and instructed MMA school. Lawrence and team are not only great teachers but also great people. I highly recommend Elite, Lawrence and team.

One of the best decisions I've ever made was to join Elite Martial Arts. I feel much more physically stronger, faster, and healthier, and over all more confident, especially in my ability to defend myself. The belt tests are some of the hardest, yet most rewarding things I've ever done. The instructors are welcoming, experienced and extremely knowledgeable, but most importantly they're great teachers who connect on a personal level. They've built a great community here, and I will always recommend them to anyone thinking of becoming the best version of their self.
The best martial arts school in GTA. I have been training here for more than 2 years and it has been like a family to me. Lawrence and Maria put in alot of efforts in their training methods. These 2 instructors are the most patient teachers I have ever seen. Highly recommend this martial arts school.
