The receptionists are very helpful and all the Staff members are professional and knowledgeable. Quick service is also granted. This is a great medical centre.
The worst medical office I've even seen, Dr. Datta is rude and unprofessional Find another clinic to visit but defiantly not this one. I would never be comfortable with them looking after my heart as a cardiology clinic. Terrible experience.

Worst experience ever!!!Very unprofessional receptionist for Dr.Yelenbaugen, very rude!!! I was booked for 11.30, was waiting for 45 min and told reception that going to washroom at 12.15. I could not find washroom ann returned to waiting area in less then a min.! Reception still did not tell anything and I was waiting to see the doctor for another 30 min... Then I asked reception what is going on?I am waiting such a long time (1hour and half) to see the doctor I booked!!!! She told you where in a washroom and I send other patients instead of you!!!!!! REALLY? IS THIS SERVICE?? I went out for about a minute returned back was waiting 30 min and she even could not tell me that???????that she sent someone instead of me??? Never ever go there!! Also I am going to complain to Health Board about this!!! This is my first visit there (I am new patient!) and such a poor unprofessional attitude to a person who was waiting appt 1 hour and went to washroom for minute?????
