I take no pleasure in this, but when you order two sinks and a bunch of faucets and parts, and one of the sinks is wrong and the second sink doesn't appear, it really puts a dent in your project's timeline. The staff were always polite and friendly, and they did try to be helpful and find replacements, but we didn't have the time to wait for something to be ordered... In the end, I still had to return the wrong sink myself, and they never offered to refund the delivery cost of the initial order, which although probably an oversight, felt like insult to injury. Sorry Taps, we really wanted to shop at a non big box retailer and were willing to pay up for quality and service, but alas...

Good service. Knowledgeable staff. Had the parts I needed in stock. For general shopping you do need to book an appointment during Covid.
Kevin Dasrath in the parts department was very helpful and went out of his way to help me out with a spare part needed for the shower unit. Kevin took the time to explain the installation as well! very impressed with his helpful manner and tone.
Customer Service staff was excellent. They had things organized outside and were able to figure out the correct parts quickly and efficiently. They were professional and polite. They even tested the parts out to make sure they were in good working order before I left.
