Couldn't be happier with my new Katzkin heated leather seats. Chris answered all of my questions by email long before I set up the appointment so I knew what to expect going in.

Dropped my beloved (and rare) station wagon off to get heating elements fitted into the front seats. The instructions on where to place the on/off switch were clear. Not only was the switch position screwed up on both seats but also my trim mangled/damaged on the driver's seat in the process. This was reported right away (and more than once) with before/after photo proof without any remedy from TM. Lousy, lousy, lousy!!!

Recently had a sunroof installed. T M did a great job. Liner was almost a perfect match and the sunroof performs exactly as expected. Great work!
