I dropped off my Ugg's at a dry cleaner downtown Toronto, only to find out my Ugg's were cleaned at Suede Master. Joice and the rest of the staff were extremely unprofessional one of them even implied I'm a liar \there was no way Ugg's would have been burnt\. Prior to this I only had a stain on my Ugg's, but it came back with new stains and a burn on the sole. There is no clarity or professionalism from any of the staff. I've never been this disappointed in a cleaning service EVER! If you would like your items to be burnt and ruined go to Suede Master!

I been using Suede Master more then 25 years,i have few drycleaning store, we send all leather and suede clothes to them , all my customers always happy with their cleaning services, pickup n drop-off on time, Great service HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
I was reluctant to use their service at first as the reviews were mixed. But I had no choice as all the dry cleaning places keep sending me to the place. I figured \what the hell\ and gave them a shot. I was surprised when my ink-stained leather bag came back with all the black splotches completely gone. Good experience on my part. Although I would say that the process of restoring took a bit long, but covid can be blamed for that so no points deducted.
Took in a Moose Knuckle down vest and a Mackage parka (both black). I thought they where faded when I dropped them off, but when I picked them up they looked almost brand new again. Will definitely be back!
Not reliable and unprofessional. The lady at the front is just outright rude. They tell you that they will be picking up your items but then say that they never got the call. Have zero accountability for what they do and they work at their own schedule. Zero customer service and extremely dissapointing to work with.
