From my experience here, it's a pretty good karaoke place. The rooms here are spacious, clean, and feature a good karaoke system. The sound system worked well and the sound quality was high. I also had no problems when it came to finding and queuing songs to sing. I believe that the pricing can be a possible issue, however since I went it a large group, the pricing once divided was quite average for a karaoke place in and around Toronto

The facility is good and clean. The service is slow since there’s two people tending to many rooms. You can bring outside food, but no beverages whatsoever. We entered with great attitudes towards the karaoke experience. The machine broke down on us, the microphone broke down, then the remote went. We were moved to a different room only to be asked to pay for a full alcohol bottle if we wanted a VIP room. The other room was worse in seating (downgraded from couch seating to wood) and appearance, but the machine worked. It is not at all user friendly. It takes a very long time to pick a song and the remote is a disaster to use. For all this trouble, they gave us an extra 40 minutes. I’m not at all impressed by the place. 50/hour was unheard of. Would not recommend for many many reasons. I’m glad I was with a close group of friends to make the best of it, but this experience ruined my karaoke expectations. There are many others that have better reviews, and this one I can see how the ratings will continue to go lower.
Great place and good for a small party
I searched their website for even a mention of food for sale there, but there was none, so I bought some on the way, but the person I dealt with said they did serve food and wanted me to throw it out and buy their food (which could have been only Doritos or something, because I wasn't even told what sort of food they had the entire time, and was never presented with a menu). I explained how that makes no sense since I would never have bought it if they had mentioned food for sale anywhere on their website, and it would be a waste. He said I could bring it in for 10. Um, no. After a bunch of back and forth about all this he said \This is the last time.\ And I agreed. Mostly because I never intend to return after his attitude. The music selection in English is not good at all and not well organized. It definitely didn't have any new music. Then near the end of out time, the same guy was pushy about us leaving the room for another group. We were talking a bit in the lobby a little later when we were essentially told to leave. By... surprise...the same guy. I would give zero stars if there was that option.
Fun spot for karaoke. Rooms were clean and comfortable, and the song selection was quite vast. If you want tambourines, you would have to ask the staff which was an easy process. The to rooms are also quite large so can house many people. Great Friday night spot.
