The ambient is very nice, it's a bit pricey for the food they serve, nothing special about the flavors, the service is slow, they have 2 menus: one is regular menu and the other one is for all you can eat, but still nothing special on both menus.. I tried the grilled salmon, it was too dry, over cooked for me, it was a shame, the spring rolls were perfectly fried, but the fillings were cheap for the price, not worth it..

Good if you want something akin to the price of mall food, but the luxury of a sit down dinner. Plates are affordable and food is good, but generic. Staff is friendly, but service is sometimes not that good. This is mostly because it can get crazy busy around dinner time. You can sometimes be forgotten. Overall, not bad.
We enjoyed the unusual all-you-can-eat yet cooked-to-order format that we tried that night. The servings were small, so we got to sample over 10 dishes between the two of us. The food was not particularly authentic, but still tasty. Service was pleasant. It also had much less of a wait than the other restaurants in Fairview Mall which was a big plus.
Conveniently located right off the highway and middle ground for a meet up. Great atmosphere to celebrate a special day. Tried their all you can eat menu. Found the dishes to be average but beats Mandarin any day.
The restaurant has a host/hostess station at the front door no one working at it. Waited a few minutes just to be acknowledged. After being seated the food was fine a bit generic. Not the staff's fault they have to please the most basic taste.
I must agree with the bad reviews here. My wife and I ate lunch at the Fairview Mall location. We were very displeased with the service provided to us by the waiter (Ryan). He completely ignored us and we ended up being served by the bartender who wasn’t even assigned to us. We ordered drinks at the table and ended up getting them ourselves at the bar where they had been sitting on the counter for some time. Ryan failed to take our order, check up on us, bring our food nor bring the check at the end of the service. We received no apologies from him nor the manager about this experience and we are very upset by this. I can’t believe that any restaurant would provide this kind of service to any of it’s customers. There is simply no excuse for such ignorance. I hope someone will address these issues as this was our first and last time visiting this restaurant.
Simple and pretty ambiance. Great attentive servers (place refills water before you even need to ask!). Great menu and food is always delishhh. Favourite Spring Rolls location.
Great food. Especially the all you can eat. The service should be improved though. Overall a pleasant experience.
