This is a great place to go to get your new BBQ, or get your old BBQ refurbished, or as I do, buy a new refurbished barbecue. You can save money plus find everything here that you will need for barbecuing. Friendly, knowledgeable and efficient assistance is available, should you require that. I have never been disappointed on any of my visits to Sobie's BBQs. Why not give them a try?
These guys have been absolutely great for all our needs. They have serviced our older bbq a few times and offer great tips. Their Butt Rub is excellent on pretty much everything. Today we called for some Butt Rub and charcoal, expecting we would pick it up there curbside but they are delivering tomorrow. Excellent customer service, as always. Thanks very much guys.
Not a great place if your bbq needs warranty repairs. We bought two bbqs last July and both had issues with starting. I called them at least 6 times and every time they said they would send someone out to look at it or call to arrange an appointment but each time they failed to come through. Very helpful until you need their help -- terrible service avoid this place like the plague
