Nirvana made my first time buying from Shiv's Jewellery an absolutely amazing experience. She truly cares about what you need and took the time to make sure I had all the information to make the right decision. She was patience, knowledgeable, kind and helpful throughout our interactions. I highly recommend shopping at the store because not only was the service awesome but they also have a wide selection of beautiful jewelry !

Did a horrible job on my daughter's Christmas present. We got to the mall at 1130 am and the store was not open so we called the number posted and they came in. I paid for my daughter's ring and had to have it sized we were asked to give him an hour to have it done and were told he would do a great Job. We where gone more than an hour and came back to him on his computer he had not even started on my daughter's ring and did a rush job. Well today I was looking at it and it is already breaking . We will never shop there again

I was in the market looking for a ring and the owners helped me find a great ring that was within my budget and with the best quality especially for the price! They were very understanding about my situation and always offer me various options for anything in my budget and they have a very wide selection. They also respond very fast!! Loved this place!

Terrible service. Went in the store to browse looking for a valentines gift and attitude of sales person was unpleasant. I’d rather save my money for the big retailers where I know I would receive better service. Happy I didn’t buy anything I can just imagine what that experience would have been like.
