Sensus recently completed a full redesign project for us and we are ecstatic at the results. We were planning this project for a while and saw their ads. Their portfolio was gorgeous and really showed off their experience so we gave them a call. Meeting the owners you realize right away that they have a foot in the door of every aspect of the business. This is a good sign that leads us to proceed past design and into construction. We saw the same level of attention to detail from their staff which made even the challenging portions of the construction process easy to deal with. Everyone was solution-oriented, and everyone advocated for our best interests in a lot of different ways. We saw them in action through neighbour conflict resolutions (ours was a bit difficult), trade conflict resolution, contract negotiations, and getting caught up over details we wouldn't have thought to think of. Sensus Design and Build gave us a great experience and we wanted to thank the entire team for their hard work. Our home had lots of modern details that only someone who had a clear vision for the end product could point out. The details that matter most came from John-Luke and Jesse's involvement because they are quite picky, and those details arent something that could have been caught in our 3D models or design drawings despite how detailed our drawing package was. We are glad we trusted them with our money, time, and overall our home! Good work and I hope your commitment to your business gets you guys the recognition you deserve! This firm is the authority to speak to when it comes to creating a unique, cost-efficient, and stunning modern home. We are coming back for landscaping in the summer, don't forget about us!
Reasonable company to work with. The owners are honest and resolve any issues and disputes quickly and positively. We like working with them because of how much work they provide, how efficient and straight forward they are. Now give me more digs ;)
We worked with Jesse from Sensus to design our family home, a project we were considering for around five years after we had contacted multiple firms to ensure we were not rush the process. We said yes because of his consideration to detail. As soon as we got into a room with Jesse, the depth of his architectural knowledge became apparent. By the end of our second meeting he had what ended up being eighty five percent of the final design sketched out infront of us. We have that sketch framed in our hallway because we really feel it was special to be able to tell that story about our home and for family to see the process. I cannot recommend the whole team at Sensus enough!
