Dale was a life saver, very honest company ! Great hospitality !! Me and my family will definitely come back for parts . We thought my car battery was dead and dale checked it out before having me get a replacement. A lot of other places wouldn’t care and just take your money. I truly appreciate his help and making sure he was helping me out with the best outcome . Please anyone reads this support their business and tell your friends !!

I've been using Royal Battery for replacement batteries for both workstation and server grade UPS units that I manage for the past 6 years. I'm there every couple of months for a purchase and they always have stock. Prices are very good. Most of the time they are able to take my call, but if they are busy with another client, they always call me back with in an hour.
person behaves polite when he sells ,But this is not the case when you return the Battery. our phone call conversation decided that 3 pm to return the battery. this person locked up the door . and did not receive a several calls and voice mail. i spent 3 hours driving back and forth . he did not even apologise for what he did, finally after two days, when i returned the battery, he charged visa card return fee.. no merchants in GTA do this. i never ever go there. and inform others not to go there..
I've bought a few batteries now from Royal. They are very professional and courteous. I've had absolutely no issues with my Northstar AGM battery that I bought 2 years back. I've run it countless times down past the 50% mark to power items in my truck, and it has had no issues starting. Great purchase!
