I ordered a custom bathroom vanity and linen cabinet from Roman Bath and was very happy with my experience. Sanjay is a great salesperson and put in a lot of time to help me find the perfect style and finish for my bathroom. There was great communication, ordering was straightforward and in came in ahead of schedule. Plus it wasn't much more expensive than buying something from the big box retailers but it was customized for my space.
Great service during Covid, very professional and patient. Lots of options and they went above and beyond to ensure our items arrived on time during this time of uncertainty. Most of our other suppliers were difficult to reach, but Roman Bath deserves credit for going the extra mile.
My designer sent me to Taps and Roman's to choose my selections. Roman Bath was amazing to deal with, selection and service was by far the best I have had. Blew Taps out of the water. Can't wait to see what the finished product looks like installed!
Fabulous store and showroom filled with a wide variety of kitchen and bath fixtures at varying price points. Helpful staff and great overall customer service ( offer to accept returns etc) The store is a nice alternative to Taps/Gingers. I would suggest a de-cluttering though, as there are too many shelves of bath products, soaps and it looks a bit like Homesense. There is ample parking but watch for large trucks backing into loading dock also in front of store.
