Great service and staff. Vendor easily found a very specific part that I was looking for.
Placed my order online just to get a refund and order cancellation few days later. Received this short email without any explanations: ‘...there was an error at the time your online order was placed. Your online order has been cancelled, no charges have been applied to your credit card. For security reasons we do not keep your credit information on file. To place a re-order please contact us at the number noted below and one of our helpful agents will place your order while you are on the phone to ensure your order is successfully processed.’ A minute before placing this order online I contacted their online customer service agent Nicole and she assured me that the part I need is in stock and I can place my order right away. Wasted my time, will shop elsewhere. Time is precious these days. I would stay away from this business. Thank you
Reliable Parts not so eliable\. I made sure to confirm the part I needed was in stock. Website said it was and I even called to make sure. I was told it was available for store pickup. Also received an email saying the same. I get a call the next day saying the part is on backorder for a minimum of 6 weeks, which tells me they never had inventory in the first place. Will never look to these people again for parts.
Small place where you can get machine parts from electronics. They have an online website too so you can check inventory. There’s very very limited parking and the line can get very long so be prepared to wait. I’m not sure about their return policy. It’s a little smelly in there. I just parked in the unit next door, lined up asking them for this part, got it an left. I suggest doing your own research before asking for parts.
