I moved to my building few month ago and overall I’m happy with the service, specially Bhargav, Keerthi and Gurkamal that always are so nice and helpful and not to me only but to my guests as well, which means a lot to me cause every time I have someone coming over they say such a good securities you have! Except one time that my friend was trying to get a visitor pass and he said that just go park (my friend knew that’s the rule and otherwise her car get towed) so she told him that she always has to get a pass, and the security Bright gave them an a very bad attitude to the point I had to come back down later and ask who was working during the day, and that’s the only reason I’m giving 3 stars, cause if security is disrespecting my guests it’s disrespecting me and that’s just not professional, if someone has a bad day they should just stay home and not come to work.

RBG security company is the Professional company and highly recommended security company. The company values their clients and employees by taking responsive actions and provides good pay rate and provides the best service for their clients. The staff is very co-operative and also provide required training for the Guards for responding in emergency situations and to provide the best service. The company manager Mehdi, Supervisor Rahul and Rodney are very much helpful. I highly recommend to Join in RBG security for Professional growth.

The operations manager \Rodney\ has anger issues and is extremely disrespectful to the workers. He argues with his clients and ends up losing contracts because of it. The owner \Ron\ is never there (probably on vacation) and has just recently began to show himself due to the covid-19 pandemic (Trying to look good in the public eye). This company is a joke and I highly advise anyone who is looking for security guard services, to look elsewhere.
Don't waste your time. Company is useless and do not care. mr mehdi all useless. Have so much to write but save the hassle. Company not even one star. All those 5 star are false most likely told by company to write. My friend was given unsafe site sure my other friend went on vacation they let him go. No wonder people do not stay. Good luck try other better caring companies. And if you going to leave reply to mine. Giving it better stars..wasting your time. Truth is truth.Management is like a used car sales men , wage promised is a lie, advancement is a lie . Almost everything they tell you is a lie. Working for this company just makes you want to never work in security again O
