They have good stuff but I'm not sure if it's because of the pandemic or not but they don't respond well to new customers. Didn't get anywhere when I called them on 3 different occasions. Had to get someone who knows the company, to help out

Contacted them regarding an order and obviously they dont need new business as you'll not hear back from them. So dont wait around and waste time like I did.

Product are good .. but if you want to return something they take back 20% of your return and even if you buy more products you still lose your 20% off your original purchase.. makes no sense at all. I'm very confused customer.
