Derek was very patient in helping me choose a Front Entry Door and Sidelight design. The installation date was earlier than projected. The installers came on time and were professional. I noticed a small glitch after installation. I called Derek and in a timely manner the problem was resolved. We recently had several windows and front door replaced. Pioneer Windows and Doors were top notch from start to finish. We first met with Daniel who walked us thru our options and answered all our questions. He was very professional and knowledgeable. What I like best was his genuine understanding of what we wanted. There was no pressure-sell at all. The installation went very smoothly with Richard and his team. They worked efficiently, paid attention to detail and cleaned up after the job was complete. We highly recommend Pioneer and more specifically Daniel and Richard!
We were shopping for windows. I got a follow up call today asking if I wanted to go forward. I explained we went with another company. I was in the midst of thanking the person on the phone for their time when I was hung up on. I am guessing if you don't buy, they don't feel people deserve courtesy. Because someone doesn't buy windows now from you, doesn't mean they won't in the future. This is a sure way to guarantee this won't happen. Treat people with respect.
Horrible and rude experience on just getting a quote - would never even invite to my home. Would give less than a star if I could. To respond to your comment - It is surprising that you don't have me on your system. We personally had a lengthy phone conversation after my initial complaint. Your staff member complained about parking in my area, came an hour late. I just want people to know not to work with your company. I had my windows completed by professionals. Thank you.
