We needed to send our daughter's two cats to her new home overseas. Pat and Jonathan did a wonderful job of preparing us. They took such good care of the cats and us. They explained every step of the process which gave us great confidence. There were no issues. The cats are now with our daughter. We would highly recommend them.

Moving a pet overseas is not an easy task at the best of times - but during a global pandemic with disrupted air travel it's even more demanding. It's nerve wracking to send a beloved and precious family member on a long journey when you can't explain what is happening to them! Pat and Jonathan were helpful, patient and understanding of my situation, and got my dog - a miniature dachshund - safely to the UK. They were skilled at obtaining all the right documentation, and ensured that he was fully compliant with international regulations, taking a huge load off my mind. Thank you.
Jonathan and Pat were extremely helpful and kind. They reduced our stress and worries by organizing all the paperwork and making sure there were no issues before flying. We are now in the UK with our cat with no issues. Would definitely recommend them for traveling with your pet!
Pat and Jonathan have been amazing through the process of moving my cat from Toronto to Australia. They care so much about the animals they ship, and I felt 100% confident handing over my precious kitty knowing she was in safe hands.
Wow. The customer service at this company is just terrible. I tried to organize my pet transport with them and they were so rude I couldn't even finish the transaction. There are lots of good companies providing this service, I would stay away from this one.

I was moving to Australia and needed an animal shipping company in order to bring my Golden Retriever over. Jonathan and Pat metaphorically held my hand through the entire process. It’s definitely a scary idea for any pet lover to put their fur baby on a plane, but Jonathan and Pat were just amazing. They gave me ease of mind with their experience and knowledge of the crazy process of importing an animal into Australia. They went above and beyond what I had expected and I am so grateful for everything they did. Highly recommend!
