Yuri gave a great price for 10 windows and a patio door that we had to replace in our rental property. His crew completed the entire job in one day. We were so happy with the service so we decided to replace the windows in our own house . We also replaced our front door and the patio door.
Thank you Gregory and Yuri! They did a fantastic job on my bungalow. These guys are straightforward and honest. Compared to the other window company's I got quotes from, these guys are reasonably priced. The quality of the windows are good and they use excellent skilled contractors to install the windows. I had some problems with the existing wood framing (bug ate away large sections of wood water damage) and cracking and chipped concrete window sills. They replaced/fixed it all up with no hassle. 2 thumbs up! I will recommend to friends and family.

The price was unbeatable compared to other quotations I have got before. Their workmanship, punctuality, professionalism and attention to details is second to none. We contacted Omega Universal Ltd (Yuri), for the second time, five months ago to install an additional eight windows in our house. The process was seamless and easy. Yuri responded to our calls promptly, arrived on time to scheduled appointments, and answered all our questions patiently and in detail. At no point did we feel pressured. We are fussy clients, and we made it clear that we wanted the window installation to show attention to detail. We were not disappointed. Yuri’s team was professional and we are very pleased with the outcome. We had some follow up questions after the installation, and Yuri responded immediately. We have additional windows that need replacement, and we intend to call Omega Universal in the future. Finally, Yuri’s prices are reasonable and that’s an additional bonus.
