Not only a great workout, a great exploration of self. Taya and her instructors have helped me reach a whole new level of self love and wonderful movements. I feel more free to express than ever before. No other pole studio that I have attended can do that. Thank you girls for amazing classes !

Loved it here! Was a really good workout. I had the six month membership but couldn't continue because my job gave me more hours so I never really have time to go. They offer pole classes, yoga, stretching. It's really nice here. I really recommend! Taya is amazing!
North Pole is a fantastic studio with tall poles, a variety of classes at all levels, and a friendly atmosphere. The environment is fantastic for everyone from people who are just starting out in their pole journey, to experienced pole dancers who are looking for support.
My beautiful girlfriend joined North pole dance studio a year ago. At first she was very nervous about the idea but the more classes she attended and the more she got to know all the students at the facility, she became more confident and started to show her true colors. Taya is the owner and is a very professional teacher. She not only had significant patience with my girlfriend as a new student but also taught all students and myself that practise and patience breeds perfection at all levels. I wouldnt suggest any other location if you want to climb out of your comfort zone, have tons of fun and make plenty of new friends and most of all join a new beautiful growing family.
Amazing friendly studio, professional instructors. Coach Taya who trains pole fitness, yoga and pole art dance in variety of styles is a really caring person and has a passion for developing students and their skills and very supportive of their creativity. In general, as you become physically stronger and more flexible through training you develop your own creative style because your teacher is one of the best ones herself.
