Extremely happy with the staff and services offered here. I had completed. Mole removal here in February 2019. A few hiccups with regards to the scheduling/rescheduling but everything was sorted out in the end. Everyone I’ve met with has been very patient and explained the procedure thoroughly. I’ve posted a photo of the healing progress First photo is me with my mole at full size. Second photo is a shot of my mole immediately after the mole removal. Third photo is the mole at day 7 and fourth photo is the mole at day 11. Overall healing process from start to finish is about 11 days more or less. Almost two years later my mole is barely visible (could also be because my mole was located under my nostril). You’d only know I had a mole/scar where the removal occurred if you looked closely OR knew I even had a mole there once upon a time. I plan to book a few appointments for their other services and I’m looking forward to it. I highly recommend NewDermaMed, especially their Yonge and Sheppard location! If you need parking I recommend parking at Whole Foods. I ended up just shopping for a few grocery items to get the parking slip validated by Whole Foods.

I have tried treatments from other clinics but none of them were able to provide me with the professionalism and results that I received from NewDermaMed! Their clinic is exceptionally clean and super chic! I love that they also care about the environment and are completely paperless. I just went for some simple touch-ups and maintenance and it was a great experience! COVID rules are followed from the second you walk in. Actually, even before that! I did a survey about how I was feeling before coming and then had my temperature checked, sanitized and wore booties to come in. I felt safe and in good hands the whole time. Also, I feel good and look good. Zero complaints. I’m going back soon :)

The cleanest Laser and plastic surgery clinic I've ever been to! They had a robot at the entrance that checked my temperature, then I had to sanitize my hands and they had a machine that folded my shoes with plastic film then I was allowed in the clinic. Great hygiene procedures. I did botox and dermal fillers and I'm very satisfied with the results. My face looks very natural and I had zero downtime. Cleanliness and hygiene are very important to me when it comes to my face and they ace that 100%.

The office is beautiful. I had filler and cool Sculpting done at this place and so far, I am super happy with the results. The process was quick, pain free and made a huge difference! I wish I had done this years ago.
