Had a great experience here!! The ladies were super helpful and patient when it came to narrowing down the type of dress and colour we were looking for. Mickalia was beyond wonderful and after finding a dress for my MOH in red she went above and beyond to find the same style in another colour for my other bridesmaids. I couldn't be happier!!

This review is a little late, but it is better late than never and it is well deserved. I bought my wedding dress for my small wedding ceremony at home from Madeline's boutique in the fall. Taylor helped me for the most part, she was an absolute sweetheart. In fact, from the greeters to the owners (Madeline herself is amazing), the entire staff and boutique has it all, great customer service, beautiful hair , great sense of humor, a plethora of choice and the *PATIENCE* to get things exactly right! They made me feel very comfortable and worked very well around my time constraints to ensure my total satisfaction. Just great! I will return and recommend you pay them a visit for your next evening gown as well!
I had amazing service, Taylor was really helpful and had a lot of patience when it came to helping me find my dress.(I had no idea what I wanted). She was amazing and I didn’t feel rushed at any point. All staff members were very polite and helped me find the perfect one I absolutely love it. Thank you Taylor for all your hard work and advice and to the amazing staff at Madelines’s Boutique for the great experience would definitely go back!!!!!!
Amazing service everyone is super helpful especially the gentleman that greets you at the front door is so sweet and gives you a warm welcome when you enter the store . I got at least 8 dresses. I felt really happy & satisfied by purchasing dresses from them and I will in future as well
Best service of any dress boutique in Toronto. They go above and beyond. The moment you walk in, you can tell that they really care about their team and the joy they can bring to their clientele. Each time I stop by I come out with a new piece because I feel passionately about supporting their business. I've had nothing but compliments on their garments which they sometimes tailor to me on the day off for last minute events. I can always trust to find something with them for whatever I need and trust that they'll get the job done. I always look forward to driving by on my commute into the city. They change their window display nearly every week, and really go out of their way to in their words \show they have something for everyone\.
