I love working for Logixx Security. When I first got the call for a position, I had the pleasure of speaking with Alexander. He walked me through some difficulties I had with my pc to get me up and running to fill out all of the necessary paper work. I did have a few difficulties and he was quite accommodating. The team I work with are very professional yet approachable. The site I'm at is pleasant and the pay is good. The uniforms are comfortable and I'm grateful to be employed by them.

The absolute worst security company to work for. higher ups in office don't answer your calls and can barly understand them when you do get ahold. I was stationed at the Conestoga apple store doing covid screening, I had 2 team leads for such a simple task for monitering customer lines of 6ft social distance. that should have been red flag #1, one of the (male) leads would over complicate a simple task, red flag #2. not sure if its due to his lack of English or he's just very inexperienced for a team leader position, so when apple would complain like they did alot, the new guy would get blamed for doing their literal job that the team leads told you. The team leads are on their phones alot and would try and hide it which I found particularly unprofessional. Not a nice work environment. I will add the Apple treat me with respect and had more direction then team leads and the Apple store employees aren't even in charge of the lines. It's a joke. Red flag #1 over managed, too many team leads for a simple task. Create confusion and and tention. Res flag #2 getting blamed for literally anything that could go wrong, team leads do not own up to there simple mistakes. Red flag #3 team leader (male) very inexperienced student, with little social/English skills. Red flag #4 the horrible reviews on here are correct. Listen to google.
