Upon arrival to Lexus she was very welcoming and patient with us! She also worked very hard during the negotiation to save me anywhere she could and I ended up very happy with the end result. I just bought a brand new 2021 Lexus IS 300 from Lexus on the park. It was probably the most pleasant and honest experience that I have ever had shopping at a car dealership. My first sales associate was Raj. He helped me get the exact model, colour, trim of the vehicle that I was interested in within hours of me calling. Raj made sure I was able to pick up my car on the only day of the month that I was able to do so. Once Raj left Lexus on the park, my account was transferred over to Yama. Even though my contact at the dealership had changed, I felt like the whole process was handled seamlessly. The staff was extremely prompt with their responses to all of my questions. Even when there seemed to be a minor issue, the whole team came together and helped me sort everything out very quickly. The team as Lexus on the park underscores the Lexus brand with their great service. I would 100% recommend Lexus on the park to anyone looking to purchase a beautiful Lexus.
