Can’t speak to sales but Kasra (and a senior technician) after some initial discussion kindly accommodated on short notice an issue another dealership should have a) caught and b) not ghosted when I tried to have addressed. Competently addressing a service issue in a timely manner is all you can expect and they obliged here. This saved a lot of time avoiding travel to the further dealership but more importantly addressed what I felt a safety issue quickly.

Decided to make use of the incentives which were powered by the evil COVID-19! Did a brief research and chose this dealership. Worked with Katie and she was really helpful. The whole process was pretty detailed and clear. Had to wait a couple weeks for this elegant British thing, but it was totally worth it! Thank you Jaguar Land Rover Thornhill
Vincent went above and beyond with his customer service today. I left my vehicle for repair in the morning and had an urgent conference to attend. I was only able to get back to the dealership till around 530pm, but due to a major traffic accident I was running 40-45 minutes late. The dealership closed at 6pm, but he waited because I told him I needed that vechicle for early tomorrow morning. Even though he had finished his shift few hours earlier, he was calm, cool and welcoming. My family and I are very grateful and blessed to have had such an amazing experience and act of kindness given towards us. Thanks once again Vincent Chan and Land Rover Thornhill !
Extremely impressed with the levels of support and service throughout the entire process. Leo walked me through numerous options and advised that he (along with Mary) would be available to address our needs. Mary provided exceptional service, ultimately resulting in the purchase of a vehicle. The entire process was facilitated online as a result of the pandemic. Mary greeted us upon arrival the day of the purchase. Vinnie was also very professional, she had all the paperwork ready to complete the purchase. Highly recommended!
