Highly recommend buying from these guys. Quick delivery and exceptional customer service. The car I bought came with a broken car seat in the box (not their fault) and they quickly resolved my issue by delivering a new car seat to my place the next day!!! I'm super happy with my purchase.

Terrible after-sale service. Bought an ATV for christmas for my son and found in the Spring that the charger is defect. Called many times, sent email, use the web chat function. Barely respond after multiple messages saying that a new charger has shipped. No tracking, no follows up, no response thereafter again after follow ups for update. No charger to date!!

Horrible first experience! They had a wagon on their website that we decided to get our son for Easter. We placed our order with plenty of time for shipping so it would be here on time. After confirming the order and taking our money, almost a week later they just now email and say they don’t have it!!! Now I have to try and find another one but who knows if I’ll even have time to get one here before Easter. Highly disappointed in this “company”. We will see how long my refund will take.

My son loves his dune buggy ride on! Only complaint I have is the customer service. Since I first ordered ride on and later an R/C car, I sent multiple emails and rarely received reply, and when I try to do live chat just get told to send an email or I don't receive a reply at all. Also when I finally received my R/C it was the wrong one and didn't even resemble the one I asked for
