What an unprofessional outfit.They do not even know what warranty means and how to honor it.That is assuming, when you call them, you find someone who is willing to talk to you or is capable of understanding your concern for a recent sale they made to you.It is shocking, actually.As a government security professional for over 15 years, I have found lots of problems with their armoring work, and of course I also found out that this outfit is not even a certified armoring company like some others and their work is done by bunch of random guys acting as subcontractors with no trace to know who did what on what vehicles.I truly regret having purchased the three vehicles from Inkas and was fooled by their seemingly low prices at the time.I now have no choice but to sell these vehicles at a big loss knowing they are done so poorly and have serious problems with their protection. Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY FROM INKAS.

I saw the car that I ordered today. It looks awesome even though it took a while to get them and had misunderstanding during the process. Will do more business with them as the finish product is unreal

Worst customer service! Charged 4000.00 for 300 grille guards which also left us with 11000.00 in damage on armored unit totally immobilized after collision with small deer, new armored units showed rust after only 4 months of use, constant electrical problems, no response from Philip Daskal (salesman) on any of the previous issues, and took almost a year to recieve the units after payment. WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN!!!
