I am so so happy I came to the clinic. I need a few tests for working in hospital (immunizations, etc.) and I booked an online appointment, and was called by the doctor that day! Every interaction so far has been great, safe, and clean. Highly recommend. Dr. Jia is very nice and easy to talk to.

I love this clinic. Every docter are kind and careful. I have been there a lot of times for me and family. They gave us great treatment and advice for any health problem. I don't have any bad experience.
I was pleasantly surprised and impressed with how quick and good the service was! I called to schedule a same day phone appointment for an infected wound at 3:00pm, the doctor called me at 3:45pm. Asked me questions about my state, and assessed accordingly. Since I live in the area, I was also eligible for same day delivery, no charge! This was much more convenient than going to my family doctor.
I have visited this clinic for Physeotherapy three times last Oct . At first and second One of the reception staff is very kind and welcoming person. While at the third time the lady was really rude and needs a lot of customer training . I stopped going there because of such attitude . The lady that made the treatment, I think her name Jenny or something like that . She is very good and she knows what she is doing . However, she comes only Tuesday and Thursday which is also difficult for me as I needed 3 sessions a week at that time . Other negative thing was that I was asked to pay double charges , according to the lady at reception that my treatment session took longer time , however , there was no treatment going on and it took 10 min from me to get dressed and 10 min waiting the therapist . That was greedy . I hope I don’t need to go there again .
