Honest review: Pros -the apartments are huge (hence why I left my small condo to move in here} -the staff tries to resolve issues -warm in the winter Cons -so many cockroaches, they're literally everywhere. In the building...(had a 1 year Civil War with them... Finally remove them from my apartment.. The exterminator said my apartment is the only one that's roach free as of Sept 2018... Bought my own bug killer products) -there use to be only one working elevator (30 min waiting time). Now they replaced them so there's two but still have to wait a bit -been here for a year and they already raised my rent even though there are so many issues -the building is literally falling apart (made in 1969 -you have to open your car window (even in winter) to use a key and open the garage. -to use the gym you pay 10 dollars per month even though only 2 machines work... You'd be better off doing push-ups at home -no ac so in the summer time its extremely hot. - I've ordered stuff from Amazon, Amazon leaves it in front of the door and they get stolen... People steal here....
I have lived in 20 Graydon Hall for over 5 yrs. The proactive elevator upgrades, balcony upgrades, hydro and water system upgrades over the past few years demonstrates how much this landlord cares. Personally I have only had a couple unit issues that required a work order and the friendly staff were at my unit the same day to make things right. I suspect that all buildings have pest issues but it is my responsibility as a resident to do my part to keep my unit clean. To that end I have not seen anything more than a spider in my unit. The other great selling point is the pet friendly environment, clean up and leash your pets when outside and you will love the green space this area has to offer. The manager and all her staff have always been professional, polite and friendly to me and my family(incl dogs) Just a great experience and place to live for me.
Very nice Management people, clean and secured place, I have been here for 4 years, surrounding with parks, easy access to 401/404 and donmills.
nice building with great friendly staff. have had some ups and downs living here as u would anywhere but they always came thru to resolve any problems and make sure things are ok! i also love that the building has its own community almost.
