I got referred by the Law Society Referral Service to Gottlieb Law Firm and technically they should have given me 30 minutes and I asked them a simple legal process question (how to serve an email communication to the court without getting into details of my case). They didn't even let me finish my sentence and they refused to even provide an answer. Staff are extremely rude, impatient and don't have genuine care for people's problems. I would 100% avoid this law firm. Their only intention is to cash in. PERIOD.
