Birthday present definition: a gift given to someone on their birthday. The only reason I selected a gift store to deliver a birthday gift is because other suppliers wouldn't do that. You would think as a \gift\ store they would be honouring their name. Gifts most special connotations are the commemorations and dates. Not only it arrived two days earlier, also, it is not the gift that I choose. First, I selected the \Green with envy gift basket\ because there is no basket in it. The recipient already has stacks of those and did not need a new one. Second, the bottle of olive oil that the recipient received 100 mL is way smaller than the one advertised in the picture of the basket (it clearly says 375 mL in the picture). Third, instead of the cheese advertised \OKA soft cheese\, the one delivered was Castello Brie, a lower quality brand. At the very least they could have advise me that they did not had those products before accepting my order. For the 100 spent I would have bought thrice the value anywhere else. Their response to this message was to blame the pandemic, their supply chain, etc, etc. How convenient.

My family were surprising me with a birthday basket, it came one day early but it was for a completely different person. Not only was it the wrong package for a different person, even the cake inside was destroyed. Now, trying to get my proper birthday package, I cannot even find one way to contact this business. They don't answer their live chat, phone, or email. TERRIBLE SERVICE! DO NOT ORDER HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET THE WRONG ITEM
