Some people had terrible experience here but my experience was good. The lady was patient with me when I was asking questions about their tea. The other lady who handed my drink was polite and nice too. The drinks were good too, no issues.

Came in today, indoor is closed (but pandemic) so reasonable, first time here and a worker by the name of Isac helped me with the menu, he gave me multiple suggestions and even made the drink himself, it turned out to be amazing! Amazing bubble tea amazing workers! Will come back 100%
This location makes great bubble tea but I'm tired of your employees closing up at 1130pm when your sign and website states 12:00am. Midnight. This location here at finch and yonge. Please stop doing this. I drove 20 minutes for nothing.
I tried the new mango milk foam smoothie. The milk foam that's usually topped on drinks is mixed in throughout the drink which was different than other places and gave a mix of flavours between the sweet mango and slightly salty cheese-y milk foam. There was a short line but moved along quite quickly.
This place is great, I went earlier today and the staff were incredible. The man and woman working there took time to really let me know more about the menu. I really appreciate that. I think the tea is also great.
