Okay prices, low stock. Very bad Customer Service, my First time experience is at the Orfus Road Location.. Employee with the red Plaid and Beanie, has a horrible representation for the company, gave me attitude when I just wanted to get some info on some pokemon cards.. very disappointed and aggravated with his social skills. You choose and make a decision on being kind or not. when speaking through a mask. All employees and no one is wearing a mask in a red line rules and regulations from the city of Toronto. Except the dude in the red plaid. My evidence is attached in my photos.

Called to confirm that the game I wanted was in stock, ordered it for my niece and nephew in November. Received no warning that they wouldn't be able to deliver this present until I followed up about the non-delivery in mid-December. As of now (early March), it still hasn't arrived, and they are unable to give me an ETA. No store-initiated contact about this missing order. First purchase at GameShack. Possible scam?
Great place in between Sauga, Brampton, york and Toronto. Near the highway tucked away behind Yorkdale. Has a little bit of everything a growing gamer needs.
Poor customer service. Called ahead the night before asking if a puzzle set was in stock and was told it was, just place an online order and pick it up the next day. Arrived the next day, and spoke to an employee to pick up my order, but he was rude and told me that I couldn't pick it up because it wasn't ready yet and that he had 65 orders ahead of me, even though those other orders weren't there and we had spent an hour round trip to drive out and come pick this up. Received the email saying it was ready for pickup half an hour later.... At least the other employee who I picked it up from two weeks later was much nicer. Highly recommend shopping at 401 Games or Boardgame Bliss instead.
Thank you so much for the quick service. I got my booster box in two weeks which was so much faster then expected. Will deffenetly shop again, and I'll be reccomending to all my friends here in Nova Scotia.
