Great Customer Service Had called in to check if they had a specific chocolate ( the whole city was sold out ) Matthew - checked the store AND held the product for me until i arrived He made my life super easy and efficient Thank you Matthew , I hope that your hard work is recognized!

It is big place. Has pretty much everything one can think of when doing there grocery shopping. It the convenient as well and the staff is friendly and helpful too. Many will take you to the place where you can get the item you are asking them about. Really nice. The store is wide spread too.

I really love this Food Basics. I always see cashiers dealing with mean and unreasonable customers but they maintain good customer service. Thank you for being there and being super organized during the pandemic. I also love this location because they have a lot of international foods and I always make it a habit to try something new every week when I go shopping. Their produce section is getting better too! The avocados don’t spoil after a day anymore.

This large brightly lit store is located in a plaza. There’s plenty of parking in front and on the side of the building. I browsed the fruits and vegetables section and found that most fresh choices were not available; lots of items I didn’t consider would last more than a few days at home. Maybe I just arrived on the wrong day The aisles were clear to steer my shopping cart about. Lots of signs indicating specials but in the end I only picked up something in the frozen foods section. Checkout was efficient and staff were courteous.
