Here is what's happened to my peeling gel. In just over 10 months the product turned bad. Product was stored in a cool dry place and lid always closed tight. In fact, it was always kept inside the box. Quite disappointed because I was told it can last for even 3 years

Always pleased with the quality of the facials received. Zara, Zenia, Mariam, Mary are all very professional. They know there products, pay attention to your skin condition and ensure they use the correct product to help your skin. Great products and plans!
The Facials are Wonderful and the Estheticians knowledgeable. I enjoyed my facials. I give 3 stars because of the approach. Their approach in my opinion is dishonest and too aggressive. Just like a previous reviewer mentioned they lure you into the store with soap samples. After purchasing a soap; I later got a call offering me a "free" facial. I confirmed over the phone that we had the same understanding of "free" meaning I would not have to pay for anything. Well, I guess I asked the wrong question. I should have asked will a purchase be expected. Nothing is "free" at the end of my facial I felt cornered and obligated to spend money on the products - which I find to be overpriced. I ended up spending money I should not have been spending because I was cornered and felt obligated. Perhaps they are good, but there are many other products which are very good and wont break your pocket. I wont go back for 2 reasons - they're overpriced and they are too far for me. Anyone thinking of going here, be sure to ask the right questions and be aware you will spend a Ton of .
It is always a treat to have a facial with Zenia! The facials the products I am so happy! Especially because of my skin condition, I have eczema all over my face and these facials have helped me so much! Its healing my skin. I am so grateful. My favourite is the La Royale Algae Membrane treatment! Its soothing calming and healing. Thank you so much!

Visited Era spa a few times and from the first visit I was hooked. The staff are welcoming and very knowledgeable about skin and their products. The best spa ever!!!
