Ernie and his staff have rectified the situation after what had happened yesterday, so I have come here to reverse my review and to let them know that the way the handled the situation after the face was proper customer service. I would like to amend Ernie and his team for rectifying the situation and continue the good work.

Visited this store for the first time to purchase supplies for our business & was extremely disappointed. We purchased 10 packs of an item to save more money & waited over 10 minutes at the cashier just to check out. We were then told to park our car at the back door to pick up our items & waited over 20 minutes in the car without anyone bringing our items out. We then called the store to ask why the wait was so long, just for them to tell us our items were out of stock. We requested for a refund, or for a price match as they were sold out of the colour we wanted & they refused & told us to just pick a colour they had stock of. All in all, we waited over 30-40 minutes on a day the store wasn’t even busy & didn’t even get to purchase the items we originally wanted.

Extremely dissappointed. I ordered number of items. 3 items were missing and never arrived nor reshipped out. They did nothing about it. They didnt investigate. They made me feel like Im making the story up. Terrible service. I would never return. I gave up dealing with them. I will be finding another store merchandise supplier going forward for many of our new and upcoming store locations. There prices are very overpriced as well. NEver again. I learned my lesson.
This has been my go to place for a while now. As my business grows, I keep using them. Awesome service, great prices and the people that work there are gems! Love, love, love! 5 stars plus!!!
