Experience started with being told to wait in the parking lot of the building before being called up to the office. After being allowed in and registering with reception we were told to sit in specific seats. Available seats were spaced one apart from each other. The medical professionals we saw were kind and patient except for the first one we encountered upon entering the office. She freaked out when we almost sat on a chair. Apparently she hadn't disinfected it yet. I'm not sure if it's because of covid or this is how appointments usually are here but we waited almost 45 minutes from our appointment time until we were called. Update Feb 26, 2021: This was an exchange I witnessed between someone that worked in the clinic and patients. There was an older lady leaving with, possibly, her daughter. The clinic locks the door and the staff lets patients in or out. The older lady sat down on a chair to wait for the door to be opened. The woman who works there (could be a nurse since she was wearing scrubs) chastised her to another patient in the waiting room. The nurse said to other patient in the something along the lines of 'omg, I can't believe she sat on the chair, I told her not to! people just don't listen.' It seems like the issue was that the nurse would have to disinfect the chair again. To me it didn't seem like it warranted that type of an exchange with another patient right in front of the one that's waiting to leave. If the nurse had unlocked the door sooner than the older lady would've left and never felt the need to sit on the chair. I could see that the clinic was very busy and everyone was working nonstop but having a bit of empathy will go a long way.

A 4 hour wait is unacceptable. They book multiple patients in a single timeslot because the Doctor is greedy and wants to be paid as much as possible. Did not provide my father with a proper diagnoses and instead told him to come back in 6 months, so he can presumably get even more money. My father will not be coming here again. Will file a complaint with the College of Physicians.
