I used to use these guys when they were downtown. Their service used to be "OK" at best. I chose to give them a new try in their Brampton location since the big U competitor company moved to the boonies and I didn't want to pay 20 to "pickup" my order or pay for UPS to deliver. geesh. Made the switch and couldn't be happier. The new owner goes out of her way to help me. It's like a different company now. There's only 1 box they don't stock for me, but I've switched all my other orders to them from now on. Sure they don't deliver next day, but they deliver fast and have the customer service that one would not expect from a box company. Good job guys! Keep up the good work. I do miss your old location by the chocolate factory, but free shipping always helps with the new distance :)
