Went to Collision service on 113 Toryork Rd My visit was surprisingly short and every one I encountered were more than accommodating. Especially Masur who was very informative, helpful, and accommodating to me and others who he multi-tasked with great efficiency and with courtiousness. Masur is great asset to your firm.

We arrived at the CRC very stressed due to a car accident. However, we are so fortunate for the great staff and police officers. Everyone was so kind and helpful. Very informative considering we had a very unique and difficult situation with the driver. We had our two parrots with us and their cage was inside our impounded car. We would not leave the birds inside the car so I brought them inside the facility with their stand. My birds are very tame so they don’t fly away or bite. The staff was so welcoming specially Sharon she brought me water for them and ensured we had everything we needed and the manager helped us solve our case as quickly as possible so us and our pets are relaxed. We are so thankful for everyone’s help today specially being in a car accident isn’t a fun situations but being surrounded by this supportive and positive staff is definitely helps you deal with the situation more appropriately. Thank you again!
I've been here twice since my car was hit yesterday and to be honest, i wasn't expecting it to be a pleasant visit. even with all the chaos going on, the amount of people waiting just to get in, and people needing help at the monitors, Mai and Mansoor did a FANTASTIC job helping every single person and being super polite. didn't matter running outside our running to the monitor to help who didn't understand. from the moment i walked in until i walked out, i actually forgot i was in there because my car was hit. My hat goes off to these two hard workers and i hope this review is seen by management and a raise or bonus is given to them becuase they did not miss a beat!
I was very impressed with efficiency and organization of this location. The staff were very friendly and helpful on what was a very stressful day for me. They made the whole process go smoothly and I'm thankful for that.
They will want to keep your vehicle here. They bribe you saying 24 hours free and call to your insurance company. Not true!! Take it out. They get paid and they also get paid to make the report. Take your vehicle to you own shop. You call the shots, it’s you car!! This place is organized crime. They have signs saying tow trucks not to refer body shops. But they’re doing exactly the same. By telling people to call their insurance company so that the insurance company can make money on peoples losses. The only reason your insurance company prefers a body shop is because they’re getting kickbacks. It’s Preferred in their pocket.
