Been a customer for 3 decades. Prices are relatively high. Like they bought stuffs from Costco and sell 3-4 higher but this is not why I give 1 star. What really disappointed me and not gonna return to this store anymore is that the pharmacists are dishonest, rude, and pressure sale especially the Middle East female pharmacist and the owner was there and didn't care. Guess the owner only pretended to be nice in the beginning when he took over the pharmacy quite some years ago. Honesty is a very important factor for your line of work.

Lovely people, excellent service, good prices, and if you need something, they will usually order it in for you. They always remember you and ask how you're doing. I specifically always try to go here instead of Shoppers Drug Mart, even when it's less convenient, because I want to support them.

I cannot say enough good things about Cliffwood I.D.A. Pharmacy. I have been going to Riad and his team for as long as I can remember. Even though I have moved to Guelph (92 km away), this is still my pharmacy. Most recently, I received just more above and beyond service from this team - they DELIVERED my medication to my apartment in Guelph. Despite the pharmacy being incredibly busy (especially now!), they still found the time to provide incredible patient care. Thank you, Riad!
