Very bad service. Even at the reception they dont even know of the optician is working today or not and confirming that they dont see a booking for today. When called the optician, she was so rude and said she mentioned she said that she will not reconfirm appointment so not sure where the confusion was. The worse service at this location. The government should consider which location they send people that have benefits or probably this is what they think allowed to treat client in such a way not to come again.

My prescription was made incorrectly, either due to the improper cutting of the lens or poor manufacturing. I bought two pairs of glasses and both are wrong, yet the older woman who works their in the most annoying shrill emotional upset tone of voice kept proclaiming that it was due to a faulty prescription. Really?Under no circumstances would she have ever considered the possibility that the glasses were made incorrectly. I get the impression that she has practiced this strategy before. On one set of of simple prescription sunglasses for driving, everything is magnetized far too much and unevenly so. They hurt my eyes. I had to stop wearing them. I asked for the original lenses for the sunglasses back, they said they would hold them for me to restore them to non-prescription sunglasses. When I returned they had lost the original lenses, and after rummaging around their desk for a while, they eventually gave up on finding them, and said they would send the glasses out to be replaced with new lenses. On a set of bifocals I purchased each lens is a different magnification, so the effect is that words appear to be diagonal when viewing a book or screen. Once again she proclaimed that it was a faulty prescription. I was refused a refund. And told to go check the glasses somewhere else to see if the lenses match the prescription. She claimed as she examined the glasses that the prescription was correct. Nonsense, I don't believe she has the technical ability to determine if glasses are faulty after checking them herself on the spot with their microscope..Never ever ever go to this place. It truly is as bad as most of the reviews say it is. There should be an option to give negative stars. This place would be a -5 stars.

Please dont go here. They give wrong prescription and also wrong glasses and screw up peoples eye sight. I am thinking of complaining to the ministry to investigate these people.

Elderly woman was not courteous or helpful. She was not engrossed, nor even engaged with helping me find a suitable pair of glasses. Appeared to be ill-trained and does not speak in a respectful manner. If u are looking for fashionable, trendy, attractive-looking frames this is not the location to go. You are better to go somewhere else where you will be more likely to be treated more humane, and more likely to have a better selection.

Don't try and don't think to try them they have very bad customer service. They made me feels like they will give me the glasses out of their own pocket or donate from them to me.
