One of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a while! My friend got the Purple Reign and it was gorgeous. I’m a Type 1 diabetic and wasn’t sure if anything in the shop was suitable for me (besides water lol). The girl who worked there, Mimi, was super nice and helped to answer all of my many questions about the sweetness levels of each drink. I went with something that she recommended (some kind of roasted black tea with oat milk?) that I was able to handle. I really liked it!! Surprisingly, a lot of food places don’t have patience when it comes to dealing with people with my condition. Mimi was very lovely and considerate of me, so I’m really grateful! Will definitely come back soon! Stay safe :)

Mimi and Kimi were great, they helped suggest sugar options for our family and prepared fantastic drinks. They had lovely smiles on their faces despite being incredibly busy! Thank you will definitely revisit!

So happy to finally be able to come back after so long! Noticed a lot of changes on their menu but Kimi was so helpful to explain the changes. She was very patient and accommodating. I was hoping to get the passion fruit 3q but unfortunately they do not sell it anymore. But Kimi explained how to order the drink to make sure I got what I was craving for

First time at this location and I really enjoyed the customer service and the products offered. The wait time wasn't absurdly long and it gave me a bit of time to think of what I wanted. Although they didn't have my first choice, the server took his time to give me his recommendation. I ended up deciding on the Thai Milk Tea with tapioca and it was heaven. My order was done within less than a minute. The tapioca was perfect and the tea was just amazing. I personally got the sweetness at 50% which was just right. Definitely will be coming back here again next time! I recommend having two choices made up before you get to the server and even if they don't have what you want, I'm sure they will be able to recommend you something that will pique your interest regardless.

Security guard told me I cannot enter at the entrance close to the store. Decided not to go because they wanted me to walk far to go inside. Chatime pls ask mall why entrance nearby is closed if you want customer

Asked for less tapioca in one of my drinks, but when I got it, I felt like there was still a little too much for my liking. I usually don't say anything because I'm a little shy and I don't mind too much anyways, but a girl behind the counter named Mimi was so helpful. She made me feel validated and immediately took care of my order. She's the best!
