The owner (an Asian bold guy with contact glasses) is arrogant and he's bad at customer service. He will give you the moon in one hand and the sun in the other before you buy from him ,but once you buy, his customer service goes down the drain and he becomes rude. He even doesn't have his return policy printed out on the receipt !

My friend has purchased a set of three luggages at this place. She was told that there is a 10 year warranty on any damage. The first time luggage was used it broke (the wheel broke off and the bottom plastic cracked and has a hole). Now, it's been over a year that she has been trying to get that luggage replaced, repaired or refunded (the biggest one of the set). NOTHING IS DONE. Store says "deal with the manufacturer", manufacturer says "deal with the store". The broken luggage is currently in the possession of the store and the manufacturer. So now, my friend has no luggage that she paid for. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SUPPORT AND MANY MANY LIES JUST SO THEY CAN SELL YOU THEIR MERCHANDISE. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING AT THIS PLACE! DO NOT BELIEVE THEIR 10 YEARS WARRANTY PROMISES!!! THEY WILL NOT KEEP THEIR WORD!!! THE WORST STORE EVER

As a consumer, I did not find the quality expected in the store. I purchase usually brand names in Their proper locations. The customer service needs better training and the management skills are inadequate.

This is the worst business I have ever come across. I purchased a case and a backpack from the store in Colverdale Mall Sept 30th. My husband took the case on a trip to the UK to see family, on arrival in the UK the case zipper had failed. It was very fortunate that my husband had placed a bag belt around the case, if he hadn't of done this the whole contents of the case would have been lost. My headband went to complain to the airline, however on closer inspection it was very clear that the zipper was faulty and it was the bag that was at fault. When my husband arrived back in Toronto we took the bag back to the store to explain the situation and request a new bag as the one we had had failed on the first flight and we did not want it repaired due the the fact we are going away on holiday 3 days after. The store assistant told us that "she couldn't do anything, and we would have to ring the manager" So my husband rang the manager. The Manager was unreliably rude and wouldn't do anything but to try to repair the bag - this bag was only 25 days old!. We explained again that we couldn't have a repair as we are going on vacation in 3 days time. All we wanted was an exchange bag! even if the new bag costed more we were willing to pay! But the owner wasn't willing to do anything - in-fact she was being so awful to my husband, we have never experienced such behaviour from a retail store. In the end the store was going to do nothing to help us so my husband told the owner that we would take the bag home and give bad reviews on social media - to this she responded with this phrase "If you do that, I will shoot you!" My husband asked her to repeat her statement - which she did " If you do that, I will SHOOT you!" We are going to take this up with the police as my husband was totally threatened and such threats are not legal. I strongly advice anyone to stay away from this establishment.

Three days ago I wanted to buy a suitcase in Cavalline Leather in Centerpoint Mall. I am travelling to Asia soon and will have a backpacking trip there, that is why I need good quality suitcase. I bought one there, seller told me that this suitcase is original, but two days after I realized that this is a fake low quality suitcase, which has a lot of differences with the original suitcase presented on the official brand website. I am in Airport now, so it is impossible to return it back and get a refund. Take care, seems all items in this shop are fake.

I was upset when my carry-on luggage's handle broke after only about 3 uses (over a year). The owner of this shop followed up on a "lifetime warranty" from a company that would not honour it. He ended up getting the parts himself and fixing the suitcase he'd sold me at his own expense.
