I can't say enough good things about Steve, his staff, and the incredible quality of products and customer service that Canadian Sound offers. They took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and were able to fulfill my wish list with products that were of great quality and within my budget. Steve had no trouble adapting to my changing ideas and never hesitated to add those little extras at a very reasonable cost. Each technician was polite, punctual, and quite skilled. And above all, they were very patient answering all my questions. I am even more impressed with the speed at which Steve responds to any of my phone calls and emails, and never hesitates to send over a technician to fix any bugs, or switch out any product that may have a warranty issue. TOP NOTCH: Technical Expertise, Customer Service & Professionalism We selected Canadian Sound after meeting with 3 well known Home AV companies in the GTA. Our project included a Theatre Room AV refresh, Home Sound System update & the installation of an Internet Wi-Fi Network (indoors & out). Our 20 yr old home created some unique installation challenges that Steve and his team (shout out to Shane & Greg in particular) were consistently tenacious, creative and successful in problem solving. Virtually every team member we met was professional, patient & very responsive. Options were always presented and we never felt we were being oversold. Post installation service has been equally high quality and responsive. We’re very happy with the finished product and we’re confident that we’ve found the right long term partner. Highly recommend.
We met Steve 18 years ago when we started to plan for a new home. Shane and the team came on board a few months later for the installation. They all did a wonderful job then and they have been there to help us over the years as we have tried to keep up with technology. They were just here last week for the latest update. Thanks!
