I went there to renew my passport and received amazing service. I did not had PR card since cards are delayed due to COVID-19 situation, however Elsa ensured that my file had all the supporting documents in it. And during this whole time she was very patient and professional. Good job team!!!

Good service in office. Archana helped me to get my Pcc application done, she was fast and sweet. Yet, their website is worst, no management, no updates on website about hours. It doesn’t even allow us to book the appointment. However, staff was good.

Hi I need to apply for Passport renew 36 booklet Adult TATKAAL via Postal (as you are accepting Tatkaal via postal this time). There is lot of misinformation about the fees too. Passport service fees is 301 when i use calculator and under New Passport/Renewal it says 299. Please advice which is correct.

I went to BLS INTERNATIONAL for my PCC through planned appointment and all the employees were cooperative and helpful. A personnel name Archana has handled my file and she was amazing. She guide me throughout the process and also helped me with the queries regarding my friend. I would recommend you guys to definitely visit BLS international for your required services. One tip book your appointment so that you can directly enter but there are walk-in as well if you have capacity to stand about an hour and half.
