We selected Black Pearl for the complete renovation of our house (all 3 levels) as they impressed us the most during our extensive interview process given their detailed knowledge of the entire process. From the start of the project until completion (a year later) we had a really productive relationship with them and felt like part of the team. They were genuine, honest and most of all really cared about making sure all our concerns were addresses and that we were satisfied with each stage in the process. All the trades used during our project were of really high quality and delivered on time and on budget. I would highly recommend using Black Pearl for any home renovation/building project.

When we set out to build a two-storey garage addition to our home we needed to find a combination of value and quality while also working with good people.We met with several contractors prior to meeting with Sina Salehin of Black Pearl Custom Homes. Sina’s friendly demeanor as well as his knowledge of the business and process put us at ease. What stood out to us from our first meetings with Sina were his friendly, calm demeanor and strong communications skills. He was patient throughout those initial discussions and we felt comfortable presenting our ideas. Black Pearl Custom Homes was recommended to us through a friend, while we were in the process of choosing a builder for our project. We decided to go with them after comparing their price and contacting few of their references. We made it clear that we had a fixed budget, which we had to stick with. They accommodated our requests and wish list and we are happy with the result. The trades were on time and courteous and were accommodating to our changes and time schedule.
