Touched without consent causing injury and a female ECG conducted without adequate privacy in a room full of males. Need I say more? The company claims we're in communication, but they are not. Absolutely zero accountability
Pretty good for a non-union employer. They never wage theft or undercut employees or \volunteers\. The staff have good judgment. If you can't work at this place, the problem is YOU, not the place. If the staff organized a union for themselves, this place would be pretty near perfect.
Experience during a study as expected. However, they didn't provide the final check at check out since there was a follow up call. After that, the staff has been refusing to mail me this one ! I am from Montreal. No way I'm driving over Toronto to get it. First time this is happening to me. Been 2 months and I'm still leaving messages to the study coordinator staff without call back to convince someone to mail it to me.
They are always professional, respectful and caring with all subjects.
